Design and construction is where a budget is won or lost, usually in decisions made months before the problem shows. We bring a builder's judgment to the owner's side early, and we work for no one else on the project.
Builder's judgment
Led by a Florida Certified General Contractor with three decades in construction and development. Drawings, bids, change orders, and pay applications are reviewed by people who have carried them.
Independent by design
No construction arm, no design arm, no affiliated contractors, and no fee from anyone else on the project. Fees are fixed or a monthly retainer, quoted in writing before the work starts.
Senior-led throughout
The leadership that scopes an engagement runs it. The owner has a senior counterpart on every decision from the first meeting through closeout.
