Bill Brown is a senior real estate executive whose career spans the full arc of development, from hands-on construction oversight to C-suite strategy across multiple markets and asset classes.
Prior to founding Aventra, he served as Chief Executive Officer of DCK Worldwide, a U.S.-based international construction management firm with a century-long operating history, directing large-scale hospitality, residential, and mixed-use programs across the Caribbean and Latin America. Earlier, he was President of a privately held construction firm and held senior leadership roles with major South Florida builders, overseeing multifamily, high-rise, institutional, and destination developments.
Throughout his career, Bill has built enduring relationships with investors, operators, designers, lenders, and advisors, collaborating to deliver projects that demand both strategic rigor and executional excellence.
