Aventra is led by Founder & CEO Bill Brown, a seasoned real estate executive with more than 30 years of experience in development, design, and construction. Before establishing Aventra, Bill served as Chief Executive Officer of one of the Caribbean’s leading construction management firms, directing major hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects across the region. Earlier in his career, he was President of his family's privately held construction firm and held senior leadership roles with several of South Florida’s largest builders, overseeing multifamily, high-rise, and hotel projects.

Over the course of his career, Bill has forged lasting relationships with many of the world’s premier luxury hospitality brands, investors, and design partners—collaborating with them to deliver landmark destinations. His proven leadership and reputation for integrity form the foundation of Aventra’s commitment to excellence in every project undertaken.
