Bill Brown is the Founder & CEO of Aventra Development, bringing three decades of senior executive experience across real estate development, construction management, and owner-side advisory in Florida and the Caribbean. A licensed general contractor by training, Bill has spent his career delivering complex, high-value projects across multifamily, high-rise, institutional, and destination-oriented asset types — with particular strength in environments where cost control, constructability, and execution discipline are critical to success.
Prior to founding Aventra, Bill served as Chief Executive Officer of one of the Caribbean's leading construction management firms, directing large-scale projects across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions with major South Florida builders and served as President of a privately held construction firm. His background spans both the principal and delivery sides of development — from early feasibility and entitlement strategy through design coordination, procurement, financing, and project delivery. This dual perspective allows him to bridge vision and execution while proactively managing risk, schedule, and capital deployment on behalf of his clients.
At Aventra, Bill leads the firm's development management, owner advisory, and capital alignment platform, working closely with owners, investors, lenders, and design teams to translate complex ideas into executable, financeable projects. His approach is defined by rigor, accountability, and hands-on leadership — with a consistent focus on protecting client interests and creating durable, long-term value.
Felipe Aguiar
Chief Operating Officer
Felipe Aguiar serves as Chief Operating Officer of Aventra Development, bringing more than 25 years of senior executive leadership across construction, engineering, and professional services. At Aventra, Felipe provides operational, financial, and strategic oversight across the firm's development management and advisory engagements — with a focus on institutional discipline, process rigor, and scalable execution.
Felipe's career spans strategic planning, P&L oversight, M&A evaluation, performance management, and enterprise systems implementation across complex, multi-million-dollar organizations. He has led cross-functional teams managing large-scale initiatives in demanding, multi-stakeholder environments — giving Aventra an unusually strong internal foundation for managing projects, client relationships, and firm-level growth simultaneously.
