Aventra provides development management services to Ascendant Asset Management for the redevelopment of 27th Avenue & Coral Way in Miami, a transformative mixed-use site repositioning that includes the demolition of an existing gas station and five-story office building and the ground-up construction of a 10-story, 166-unit market-rate rental apartment community. Our role spans full lifecycle oversight, including coordination of design consultants, management of entitlements and permitting, contractor procurement and selection, and construction oversight through delivery. This engagement reflects Aventra’s disciplined, owner-side approach to urban infill development, where strategic planning, regulatory navigation, and execution control are essential to achieving premium residential outcomes.
