Founder & CEO

Bill Brown is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Aventra Development, bringing nearly three decades of experience in real estate development, construction, and executive leadership across Florida and the Caribbean. A licensed general contractor with a deep background in luxury hospitality, multifamily, and mixed-use projects, Bill has led the planning, development, and execution of complex, high-value assets on behalf of private owners, institutional partners, and global hospitality brands. His career spans senior leadership roles at international construction and development firms, as well as direct principal-side development management, giving him a rare, end-to-end perspective on risk, cost, design, and execution. At Aventra, Bill leads the firm’s development management, owner advisory, and capital alignment platform, guiding projects from early vision and feasibility through entitlements, financing, and delivery, with a disciplined, hands-on approach focused on precision, accountability, and long-term value creation.

Chief Operating Officer

Felipe Aguiar serves as Chief Operating Officer of Aventra Development, bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across construction, engineering, and professional services organizations. He provides senior-level operational, financial, and strategic oversight in support of Aventra’s development management, owner advisory, and capital alignment platform, with a focus on institutional discipline, scalability, and execution. Felipe’s background includes strategic planning, performance management, P&L oversight, M&A evaluation, and enterprise systems implementation, and he has led cross-functional teams managing complex, multi-million-dollar initiatives. At Aventra, he strengthens organizational rigor, supports long-term growth planning, and reinforces Aventra’s position as a multi-disciplinary development platform.
