Bill Brown

Bill Brown is a senior real estate executive whose career spans the full arc of development, from hands-on construction oversight to C-suite strategy across multiple markets and asset classes. He founded Aventra Development to bring that experience to the owner's side of the table: principal-led development management, owner's representation, and advisory across South Florida and the Caribbean.

Prior to founding Aventra, Bill served as Chief Executive Officer of DCK Worldwide, a U.S.-based international construction management firm with a century-long operating history, directing large-scale hospitality, residential, and mixed-use programs across the Caribbean and Latin America, including a 46-key Six Senses resort in Belize, the 238-key Setai St. Maarten, Barbuda Ocean Club, Grand Reserve in Puerto Rico, and destination projects for a top-five global cruise company.

Earlier, he was President of a privately held construction firm and held senior leadership roles with major South Florida builders, overseeing multifamily, high-rise, institutional, and destination developments. Over three decades he has led, delivered, or advised more than $2 billion in project value.

Throughout his career, Bill has built enduring relationships with investors, operators, designers, lenders, and advisors, collaborating to deliver projects that demand both strategic rigor and executional excellence.
