Aventra is headquartered in Coral Gables, and its principal has spent three decades leading development and construction in South Florida, one of the most demanding building environments in the country. High-rise structural codes written for hurricanes, entitlement processes that vary block by block, a volatile subcontractor market, and land economics that punish delay: this is a market where owner-side experience is not optional.

We serve as owner's representative and development manager across multifamily, mixed-use, and institutional projects, with particular depth in multifamily and educational facilities throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties. For private clients, our custom luxury residential experience extends to Monroe County and the Keys.

Aventra currently has 280 multifamily units under development in Miami-Dade County, alongside owner's representation for an educational campus expansion in North Miami Beach.
