The Caribbean
Hospitality and branded residential development and advisory, with named projects across seven island nations and territories, and longstanding relationships with regional governments, global brands, and international capital.
Delivering in the islands is a different discipline
Caribbean resort development rewards experience and punishes assumptions. Nearly everything arrives by sea. Long-lead procurement, customs, and island logistics can make or break a schedule. Labor must often be mobilized and housed. Construction must meet hurricane-driven resilience standards. And every project depends on relationships: with governments and their incentive frameworks, with hospitality brands and their standards, and with the capital that expects all of it to be managed.
Aventra's principal has spent much of three decades delivering exactly this kind of work, including as CEO of DCK Worldwide, directing large-scale hospitality, residential, and mixed-use programs across the Caribbean and Latin America. Today Aventra brings that experience to owners and investors as development manager, owner's representative, and advisor, with two Caribbean resort and branded residential projects currently in development.
