The project
Addison Landing is a five-story luxury rental community in Palmetto Bay, Florida, with 114 residences, 13,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a full amenity program. Together with Banyan House in Miami, it is part of the 280 multifamily units currently under development with Aventra in South Florida.
Aventra's role
Aventra serves as development manager, leading design, approvals, budget, schedule, procurement, and construction oversight for the owner across the project's full lifecycle, with senior leadership on every decision from day one.
