What Aventra is
Aventra Development is an independent real estate development management and owner's representation firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. We lead and oversee complex, high-value projects on behalf of owners, investors, and institutions: multifamily residential, luxury hospitality, branded residences, mixed-use, and institutional facilities across South Florida and the Caribbean.
Why we work only for owners
Most owners build occasionally. Their contractors, architects, and consultants do it every day. Aventra was founded to put that same depth of experience on the owner's side of the table, without the conflicts that come with it elsewhere. We have no construction arm, no design arm, and no affiliated contractors. The only outcome we are paid for is the owner's. Aventra carries general liability and professional liability (errors and omissions) insurance, and provides certificates of insurance on request.
Aventra holds no trade contracts, marks up no vendor, and takes no percentage of construction cost, so our compensation never rises when the project's cost does. Fees are proposed as a fixed fee or a monthly retainer for a defined scope and duration, disclosed in full, and reported against each month.

- Development management. End-to-end project leadership, from feasibility and structuring through design, entitlements, procurement, construction, and delivery.
- Owner's representation. Independent oversight of the design team, contractor, budget, schedule, and quality, exclusively on the owner's behalf.
- Advisory. Predevelopment counsel for owners, investors, and lenders before a project is committed.

Two demanding markets, one standard of execution. In South Florida, Aventra has 280 multifamily units under development and represents a private school through its campus expansion. How we work

Leadership
Aventra is led by its founder, Bill Brown, a Florida Certified General Contractor and former Chief Executive Officer of DCK Worldwide, with more than 30 years in development and construction leadership across South Florida and the Caribbean. Felipe Aguiar, Chief Operating Officer, brings more than 25 years as an operating executive with construction, engineering, and architecture firms. David Tobasco, Senior Construction Advisor, brings nearly five decades of construction leadership with DCK Worldwide. Michael Persichetti, Senior Risk Advisor, brings more than 35 years of construction risk, insurance, and claims management.
