Ocama Retreat is a boutique villa retreat set above Rincón Bay on the Dominican Republic's Samaná Peninsula, one of the Caribbean's most compelling emerging destinations. It is one of two Caribbean resort and branded residential projects currently in development with Aventra.
Aventra's role
Aventra's engagement began as predevelopment advisory, shaping the program and execution strategy, and is expanding into full development management as the project advances. It reflects how much of our Caribbean work evolves: counsel first, then leadership through delivery, with the island realities of logistics, procurement, and resilient construction planned from the start.
