Ocama Retreat is a boutique villa retreat set above Rincón Bay on the Dominican Republic's Samaná Peninsula, one of the Caribbean's most compelling emerging destinations. It is one of three Caribbean resort and branded residential projects currently in development with Aventra.
Why it is demanding
The Samaná Peninsula is one of the Caribbean's most compelling emerging destinations, which is another way of saying the infrastructure, the contractor base, and the permitting path are still being built alongside the projects. A boutique villa retreat above Rincón Bay has to be designed for resilient construction and for the logistics of getting materials and skilled trades to a hillside site.
What Aventra does
