Felipe Aguiar is Aventra's Chief Operating Officer. He brings more than 25 years as an operating executive with construction, engineering, and architecture firms, with expertise in operations, project controls, contract administration, business development, and financial planning.
For more than a decade he was Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Operations at Lemartec Corporation, a Miami design-build and construction management firm. There he built its business development program, wrote its five-year plans and first five-year financial forecast, and helped grow annual revenue from $30 million to $86 million ahead of its acquisition by MasTec, a Fortune 500 company. Since then he has served as a senior executive for architecture, civil engineering, and construction management firms in South Florida and the Caribbean, rebuilding their business development, contract administration, and financial controls.
